Breathe Yoga offers several Yoga Classes, all classes are designed to reduce stress, improve your breathing, and increase your strength, flexibility and balance, as well as make improvements in your focus, mental clarity, patience and more!

  • Hot 90:  Great for Beginners to Advanced: 90 minute class in a 98 degrees room at 40% humidity. A great class to start your yoga practice.  The heat soothes your muscles, improves circulation and enhances your ability to stretch.  Burn as much as 1,000 calories per class! Your body is more receptive to stretching safely in the heat.

  • Hot 60 / 70:  Great for Beginners:  60 or 70 min, abbreviated Hot 90 class.

  • Hot Music:  Intermediate to Advanced:  60 min. Hot Yoga class with music, minimal instruction. The instructor will cue in and out of a posture.  This is a very meditative class, but also quite challenging.

  • Hot Vida: Beginner to Advanced70 min. class 89 degree room.  This is a fantastic yoga class, designed to deepen your Vinyasa yoga practice! This yoga series is very close to the same flow every class, so you will know exactly what to expect and clearly be able to gauge your progress.  Lots of modifications and options are encouraged to help you make this class your own. Very challenging and lots of fun!

  • Hot Vin 2:  Intermediate to Advanced:  70 minutes, room heated to about 90 degrees. Take your Vinyasa practice to the next level.  Postures flow from one right into the next.  Practice intermediate level inversions and arm balances.  Plan on some great upper body and core strengthening.

  • Vin 2:  Intermediate to Advanced:  70 minute class at around 72 degrees.  Take your Vinyasa yoga practice to the next level.  Postures flow from one right into the next.  Challenge yourself with safe intermediate level inversions and arm balances.  Upper body and core strengthening too!

  • Ashtanga All Levels 70:  Beginners to Advanced:  In this 70 minute class students will be introduced to the fundamental practice of Ashtanga Yoga including standing and seated postures, inversions, backbends, ujjayi breath, bandhas (locks), and drishti (visual focus). Through modifications, the class will be made accessible to all. By attending this class beginning students will feel knowledgeable and confident enough in their alignment to participate in Ashtanga Inspired classes. More advanced students will refine and deepen their practice.  

  • Ashtanga Inspired 90:  Intermediate to Advanced:  This 90 minute class at around 88 degrees, offers a powerful and vigorous practice for intermediate to advanced students and students with strong yoga experience other than Ashtanga. This class blends the vinyasa system of Ashtanga with elements and postures from other traditions. Get ready to root down to rise up into standing postures, open your heart, and take flight into balance postures and inversions. 

  • Yin Yoga:  All levels:  70 min. class 72 degrees room.  Virtually no impact, great for injury recovery and injury prevention.  Even advanced yoga practices will find benefits.  Postures are held longer allowing you to relax and stretch into the connective tissue of the body.  Stress relief and breath work make this class a great experience every time

  • Super Fun Partner Yoga Class !!   All levels:  90 minute class around 72 degrees.
